"Decent Vegan Doughnut Options"
I was a little too worn out to deal with a whole lot of ordering back-and-forth, so I appreciated that they had some vegan picks ready to go. The doughnuts were mostly good, and it was nice to have a few options without making it a big thing

I ordered a box from Crosstown and, to be fair, the doughnuts turned up really fresh. They were soft, not dry at all, and the fillings actually tasted decent, I was half expecting them to be a bit overhyped. A couple were slightly squashed, which made me wonder what happened in transit, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably order again, just not too regularly because the price still feels a bit suspiciously high for doughnuts.

"click and collect was kind of a hassle"
i ordered click and collect thinking it’d be nice and quick, but when i showed up my order still wasn’t ready and the staff seemed a bit unsure about what was going on. i ended up waiting around longer than expected, and one of the items was wrong by the time i got it. the donuts were still good, but the pickup setup was annoying and didn’t really feel worth the hassle.

"Didn't quite live up to the hype for me"
I ordered a box after seeing everyone go on about it, and maybe my expectations were too high. A couple of them were genuinely nice, although of course the ones I remember most are the dry, overly sweet ones. Delivery was fine enough, nothing to complain about there, but for the price I was hoping for something a bit more special. I might be forgetting one or two good bites, but overall I’m not in a rush to order again.

"Simple order, great doughnuts"
Ordered a box online for my sister and it was straightforward. The website was easy to use, delivery showed up when it was supposed to, and the doughnuts were fresh and packed well. I’m usually a bit wary because if something goes wrong I never fully trust customer service to sort it without a hassle, but thankfully I didn’t need to deal with anyone. No drama, would probably use again.

The doughnuts were nice, and I’m sure most people with a sweet tooth would really like them. For me though, they were maybe just a bit too sweet, so I don’t think I’d get them all the time...

I ordered a mixed box from crosstown.co.uk and, not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous something would be missing or the wrong flavour would turn up. But nope, everything was spot on and exactly what I picked.
The labels were really clear too, which instantly made me feel more relaxed because I could check everything against my order without any fuss. Even the vegan doughnuts were all correct, which was such a relief.
i went from slightly anxious to properly pleased quickly. It’s a simple thing, but when an order is packed right, it makes a big difference. I’d definitely order again.

I was a little underwhelmed by the gluten-free choices here. The place had a decent vibe, so I expected a bit more, but the menu felt limited if you’re avoiding gluten. It wasn’t bad, just not somewhere I’d go out of my way for based on the options.

"Issue sorted really quickly"
Had a small issue when my order showed up, one of the items was missing and I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to get it sorted.
I emailed Crosstown and they replied quickly, no fuss or back and forth. They fixed it and made things right, which I really appreciated. Nice when customer service is actually helpfull

The doughnuts tasted fine, but the texture was kind of a rollercoaster. One was soft and lovely, and then the next one was dry and heavy enough to make me question everything. I’m being dramatic, obviously, but I did expect them to be more consistent. Not terrible, just a little disappointing

I liked it overall, but it was a bit too sugary at times. I remember having it while sitting next to a lamp that kept flickering for no reason, and after a few bites I just felt like I needed water. Nice flavor, just sweeter than I expected.

The prices are fair for what you get, especially compared with a lot of other treats around London. It’s definitely not the absolute cheapest option, but the quality makes it feel worth it. I don’t mind spending a little more when it actually tastes good and feels like a proper treat

I stopped by Crosstown and, to be fair, it looked nice and clean, and the smell when you walk in is really tempting. The staff seemed rushed, but they were still polite enough.
Just a heads up though, it felt cramped inside and wasn’t the most relaxing place to sit for a while. It’s fine if you’re grabbing something quickly, but I’d warn anyone planning to hang out there that it might not be the most comfortable spot

"Nice gift, but a little pricey"
I sent these doughnuts as a gift, and they did arrive in good shape and looked really nice. The weird part is, for the price, I just expected the whole thing to feel a bit more special or memorable. Still a nice gift, just not sure I’d pay that much again

"Took way longer than expected"
The donuts were fine, no complaints there, but the wait was frustrating. There were only a few people in front of me and I still ended up standing around for about 20 minutes. The staff seemed busy, but no one really said what was going on or what the next step was, so I was just kind of waiting and guessing. Not the worst experience, but annoying when you’re expecting to pop in and out quickly.
